Product Information

 

Ghee flavor is a food-grade flavor developed based on the flavor of natural ghee (clarified butter). Produced via natural extracts, synthetic fragrances, or compounding technology, it accurately replicates ghee’s unique rich creamy aroma, roasted notes, and mellow milk scent (such as original ghee flavor, roasted ghee flavor, butter-ghee composite flavor, etc.). Available in liquid (water-soluble/oil-soluble), powder, and paste forms, it complies with international food additive standards (FEMA, GB 30616) and features pure flavor, high stability, low dosage (typical addition level: 0.1%-0.6%), and compatibility with various processing technologies (high-temperature baking, frying, freezing, acidic/alkaline environments). Classified into natural ghee flavor, synthetic ghee flavor, and compounded ghee flavor, it meets customers’ diverse needs for naturalness, cost-effectiveness, and flavor complexity.
